Release of Cheetah3D 8.1.2 - Adds support for macOS 15 (Sequoia)

I'm pleased to announce the release of Cheetah3D 8.1.2. This version mainly fixes problems introduced with macOS 15 (Sequoia). Furthermore v8.1.2 adds native support for grayscale textures (textures which just have one color channel instead of RGBA). These textures are quite common in PBR texture sets and used to waste quite some memory on older versions of Cheetah3D since they were internally converted to RGBA textures during import. The memory savings can be quite substantial if you have such textures in your scene.

• replaced verious deprecated APIs (macOS 15)
• fixed material browser redraw bug (macOS 15)
• fixed object browser redraw bug (macOS 15)
• fixed crashing bug in "Normal break" feature
