lipsync script tutorials/instructions???

Greetings,

I'm new in animation and Cheetah3d so please bear with me. I'm trying to lip sync my fuse model in c3d and found a very useful script as mentioned in the thread- http://www.cheetah3d.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6557

However, I'm unable to use this script correctly and wondering if there's any tutorial or instructions on how to use it?
