Where is the subdivison creator

Tutorial champagne flute: 4. Create a subdivision creator object ... – Well I can not find it. Not in Objects/Creator. I only find the subdivision object with the "blue ball icon" not the yellow one ...
 
Thank you "Fused" - when I open the example-file of champagne flute or other old files I can see an subdivision icon with a yellow ball instead of a blue ball. that is why I think I have done anything wrong ... thank you anyway
