I've been thinking about the scripts I try to write. I have the following request, a way to make an object to not have a presence on the time line. that way if a script changes its location or rotation, it is NOT recorded. Maybe it can have an initial state that is can be reset to.

Hi Todd,
I'm not sure if I really understood you. If you don't press the record button the position of an object won't be recorded. At least if auto-keying is disabled.

Could you give me an example for what you would need it?
