Quicktime image format support

I'd like to be able to store images, especially alpha-channelled images, as PNG rather than TIFF ... if it's easy, I'd love for QuickTime image file export options to be supported (which would give us direct PNG and JPEG output support).

I know that this is not what you want to hear, but you can save to ".png" and ".jpg" just by typing these as file formats in the save dialog.

Oh -- very cool.

It should be explicit in the UI and possible to choose your default. (I hate TIFFs.) Oh -- and possible to set JPEG compression values.

I really only care about PNG and JPG, although QuickTime support would probably help someone sometime.

Yeah, I use .jpg for all my image uploads, so it's kind of annoying to have to go to preview to convert it to jpeg.
