Capsules: Fresh batch #71 — 80

No Forum posts for a while. Here are some more pills.

I had no intention of making so many after the first batch six years ago, but they were fun and fast to do, unlike more complex projects. The JAS files are useful for reference when I want to recreate a particular effect for a new model.

I usually started with the Capsule Polygon Parametric Object as a basis for various experiments. Some use an alternative structure based on a subdivided tetrahedron.

2015 MacBook Pro OS 10.10 (I rely on some older software, mostly for writing). C3D 7.4.2.

As before, everything is done in C3D with no post-processing. I have used a few Image nodes, but I mostly prefer procedural materials starting with the original default Material and then adding Shader, Texture, and Gradient nodes. No PBRs. The only Math nodes that I know how to use are Mix and Multiply because they are intuitive. I also like the combination of State + Vec2Float + gradient for vertical gradients, a material posted by Frank Beckmann long ago.
