Extrude between two profiles

Is there a way to extrude using two profiles. Please see image below.

Hi.
Spline patching via java script by Todd: http://www.wengenmayer.de/forum/showthread.php?p=6863#post6863


But for these simple shapes this could be a workaround without script;
Extrude every spline x-direction up to o.o4. Make them editable, import children in another. Now you have to build the space with polygons manually. Bridge tool won´t work here. After filling the shape delete the two rows of polygons left and right.
Maybe this could be acceptable for your further work.
