Just used it the other day to slice a stick of butter.

Those are awesome demos, slightly let down by the physics system being unable to damp movements in the debris (not Hiroto's fault!) :-/

I would like to cut an apple, there is a solution to have two materials, one for the outside and one for the inside?

Maybe it´s easier to script - but painting a few slices (assign first the inner material before slicing - then group select and assign outer color) is easy:

Thanks for letting us know Frank! I will give the scripts a try. I would be willing to pay some money to contribute to Hiroto's work.
