ok thankyou. i will delete the plane on a test copy and see how that goes. it may result in me building the floor and walls again but at least it may help my progress.

i doesnt look like all the images have rendered on the walls as in the project.

this is normal since the links to your bitmaps are broken. to avoid this you should zip the whole folder with all your hdri, jpg, etc. (given you have put all of them in your "projectXYZ" folder, btw)
as you've seen for testing purpose the .jas was enough this time.

Martin, the only thing that comes to mind is we are on SL while Frank should be still with 10.5.8, if I'm correct...
