I’m a little unclear as to how exactly to initiate the drop. When you say “let it fall to the ground”, how is that action initiated?
Ok, so it helps to have a version of C3D that supports rigid body dynamics. I'm now running the latest version, and I have followed this tutorial, but my coins fall straight through the ground plane.
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong? Both ground plane and coin have a rigid body tag, with the former set to "static". Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
