Boolean trouble

Boolean trouble

i mean why i can't use this creator with those objects. One is simply plane and another created from spline

Make the extrusion editable and optimise. Seems to work properly after that. Maybe some fishy topology which bamboozles the late George Boole

PS:
* If you check the object analysis prior and after the optimisation you will notice a slight reduction in the numbers. I could not see any obvious mess, but I only briefly checked the geometry.

It's for the better bending (after objects intersection). But it's really not the problem for this case.
It won´t help with the depth section. You need more geometry there as well; see image.

* You may also consider a modular approach.
* In my trivial example I use a hexagonal tube, the outer perimeter of which is tweaked into a rectangle. This is modified by a standard array.
* The panel is just a plane plus some minor fiddles plus a shell.
* Your object seems to be symmetrical on two axes, so you just need to model one quarter.
* I have left some gaps to show the individual elements. Of course, I have no idea of your aims, so this may be totally useless.

Seems your spline was the sucker in first place. The one I created from scratch worked as expected:
