"iSeeYa", 64bit version now available.

Making eyes targeting the camera.
Generate a ball.
Rotate it P: -90°
Make editable.
Change to Left View.
Area select one third from the left side of the ball - the "back" of the eye.
Make or grab your eye texture and assign it via UV Mapper and flat projection to the mesh.
Call the Coord System and burn transform.
(Please notice: "Target Object: The object to which the -Z axis of the tags owner object will point to.")
Add a target tag and drag active camera as target object to its properties.
Duplicate ball and drag Ball&Ball.1 apart with at least a reasonable distance.
Go into Camera view. These eyes will follow you, wherever you go.
(Group the eyeballs to move&scale them at the same time if needed)
