Cheetah 4.2 Manual as pdf

Nice!

I have to say that Cheetah3D's manual is the most extensive one I've ever seen using Apple's built-in help system. Seeing it in a pdf form has convinced me that hyperlinked help systems just aren't as good as pdf's. It's really nice to be able to simply scroll through all the help and stumble upon things I didn't even realize were in the program, without having to click on a hundred links and forgetting which ones were already visited.

Some of the wikis seem to allow you to output as pdf. Martin might want to migrate to that for the help system in the future.

In the interim, I'm happy to help...

Hi,
thanks for converting the 4.2 manual to PDF.

If you are worried about the traffic the download might generate I can also host the file if you want.

Bye,
Martin

P.S. I replied to your email but the email bounced back.:frown:

No. The bandwidth isn't a big deal. Just saying it would be helpful for everyone to move it to a wiki or something that can pump the docs out in multiple formats.

Can't believe your email bounced. Bizzare-o. Sorry 'bout that.
