I post latest script for exporting and importing hotkey or layout settings.

I post latest script for exporting and importing hotkey or layout settings.
- Taking backup of plist file before executing this script is recommended.
- It's optimized for v4.2. it may not work with older and newer than v4.2.
- Importing layout settings is enabled for 'New' or 'Open' documents after execution.
