Reset axis

Hi,
I'm here again with a problem I've had before and posted here for help and got it and it worked, but now the same problem and can't seem to get it to work this time.

I have a missile with the axis the wrong way around so I load it into Cheetah3D 7.5.2a1 I rotate the axis to the correct rotation, then Tools/Coord System and I've pressed all the Burn, Rest and Center buttons, and in different combination, and some on their own, still can't get it to save in the correct rotation, any help would be gratefully appreciated, thanks.

Kevin.

Hi Kevin
 Any chance you rotated the entire scene by ≈180°?
* In this case the camera is at the opposite location "in orbit" and the X-axis (and the Z-axis) is reversed.
* Check by defining a new camera...

Hi,
I reloaded it into a new scene with the same results.

I´d say: That´s what the Pivot mode is for.
With Pivot Mode there's no numerical input, only the Status for feedback.
Then you have to visit the Coord Panel for burning.

With the Transform Modifier you have numerical position rotation and scale.
Then just double click to make it editable and it's done.
No trips to the Coord Panel.

If you've ever tried to use Pivot Mode after setting
up Spline Tracking you'll love using the modifier.

My mistake, it's not necessary to burn after Pivot Mode.

But when I rotate the pivot 180 with Pivot Mode and the set up Spline Tracking the object does not track properly.
It rotates weirdly as it tracks, so I avoid Pivot Mode for this type of thing.

I don't know if Spline Tracking is being used here but you may be able to tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Here's the original Spline Track on the left and on the right I
used the Pivot Mode to make the object track backwards.

It seems to mater which way you rotate the pivot point.
It may be that the Transform Modifier does the same thing... I will test.
