Custom Bicycle Frame

Now I'm going to scale the ends of the chainstays to roughly match the ends of the seatstays.

Don't try to get this image on screen as it is a composite image
showing things you can't get on screen at the same time.

Now to remove the angle on the inside of the seatstays.
Select each edge going across each stay, pin the Transform Tool to the top point and scale flat.

Next spread the chainstays, snapping to the corner of the seatstays.

Now I'm going to build the track Forkend. Normally this would be called a dropout
on any other bicycle, but with a track bike there is no room to move the wheel forward
so a dropout can't be used. Instead the wheel is removed straight backwards.

Make the same flat area on each stay and then using the Front View line them up.

Both forkends are in place and I also checked and edited for wheel clearance.

I looked up the tire width of a modern track bike and it's 22mm or 0.86614 inches.
So I should have enough, and track bike tolerances are extremely close.

Mmh - maybe we´re talking about different things. I still guess seatpost and frame are 2 separate parts. Otherwise I have no idea how to adjust the height:

Yes two separate parts, but no adjustability as I can see no clamp.
You would have to cut the frame to the proper height.
