Problem with SVG import - find the mistake

Hi Folks
i have a problem here with import of SVG files.

I have a SVG files created in illustrator. with some boxes. when i import it, some of the boxes are on the wrong place (see screenshot).
anyone who know this problem? Is there a work around or fix?

Do you need separate parts or will work a whole-in-one? In this case PDF you can try PDF instead.
Could be some transform matrix play in the game. Is there a "pure" SVG export option? Don´t have AI to check.

Not sure if this will help - but here is a quick autotraced version:

In Illustrator: select all > object > compound path > save as .SVG

Result will be the same as export as PDF.

PDF wont work but when i convert every single path to compound path its working...

That's strange and calls for investigation. Can you please upload an example PDF?
