How to model and calculate the volume (shampoo bootle)

I believe that's more kind of a CAD/CAM feature where you have to deal with real world measurements and usually not part of a subdivision modeller.
There are volume calculator for 3d printing needs to estimate the use of filament/resin or other materials which might help.

Actually today built-in volume calculators are common (for example in Modo and Maya, in Blender as an Add-on), probably because of 3d printing. In this case it would help building first the content and then the bottle around (to get roughly the right content would be a bit of try and error).

The problem with those things is that they usually contain a lot of air, usually as much as the law allows. So if you work on an existing bottle for an actual customer, ask them for the CAD-file or if you're tasked simply with designing the new bottle just measure some existing ones to be in the ball-park. They would have to redo it anyway in CAD.

If you just want to do a product render for your show-case, again some estimate made from existing bottles is completely enough. You don't have to be very accurate.
