As a result of all the work I've done on the UV Painting Project and Hellboy Build
I can easily set up seams, unwrap and define uvs for simple shapes like a boxes.
For more complex hi res shapes the UV Mapper is still the tool I use.
For this box I needed thickness because of the cutouts and overlapping flaps.
I set up the Seams around the outer surface as that's where the printing is located.
No Subdividing on this kind of build, and the end flaps could be animated if needed.
