FBX Export: Part II. Vector Tangents

Exported a mesh with skeleton as FBX. When I ran it through the converter on the other end got an error that there was no Vector Tangent information, and it would not generate output. Any idea how to include these?

So between this and my other FBX export issue (adding the .1 to the root bone name) I can't seem to use any aspect of exporting FBX.
