Is the warp modifier gone?

Is the warp modifier gone? I can't seem to find it. There's a WRAP modifier, but that's not what I need.

I tried that, but couldn't get it to bend the way I needed it to. There WAS a warp modifier in earlier versions of C3D.

Nope - "Wrap-modifier" it's called. The other thing is a typo or from Star-Trek.
Do you have a screenshot of what you're trying to achieve?
Most modifier if not all need more "iterations" to get to work than the standard "1" for height for example.
