Of course you must make the Booleans editable before you can edit any polygons.
Then delete everything except the inner face from one Boolean, and from the other one delete just the inner face.
Merge the two meshes into one object in preparation for using the Bridge Tool.
Now use the Bridge Tool.
It won't be pretty because the number of points aren't equal between the parts.
The next step is to clean up the geometry that's FUBAR.
