Access to node system

Cheetah has a powerful node system but the access is sadly restricted to shader materials.
Skylight and HDRI light could be merged into a Background light where a sky texture or HDRI could be combined with procedural textures (like cloud layers, starry backgrounds etc).
The displacement (crumple) modifier and the relief object would profit from node procedurals as well, though that becomes obsolete once real displacement gets added as a bump option in the material system.
Also I would really like to use nodes to distribute particles on a particle mesh.
I'm sure there are more possibilities to unleash the node power of Cheetah3D :)
