cHair results different after save>close>open

I recently noticed if you create hair with cHair.js script, then close and save the file, then re-open, the results are different each time.

Maybe including a Random Seed number in the script could solve this?

Is there a way to reduce the effect on an area ?

IE on a face have no hair around the eyes. Less hair on hands etc.
