I need a tutorial to learn how to create a distortion: draped cloth with dynamic tools.

Is it for a simulated animation? I´d say let´s forget it. If you want to animate it I´d use joints.

Cheetah3d isn´t a cloth simulator but in your case you can drop a highres soft body tagged plane to the ground.
Try the file and have a good play with the settings:
