I am attempting to build a bridge between 2 raw polygons. I have read the manual but I cannot figure it out. It is my understanding that I must have both polygons selected at the same time. I can't, for the life of me, get them both selected at the same time.
I like the theories behind alot of these tools, I just have trouble getting them to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Robert |

Thank you for your reply. I looked over that particular thread quite a few times and I am still fairly lost. I'm sorry, I really don't even know how to communicate intelligently about this software. I've spent quite a few years using Bryce and it is nothing like this.
Do you think you might have the time to walk me through setting up a simple bridge in a step by step manner? Thank you for your time, Robert |

Thank you very, very much for your time and consideration, unfortunately it's seems that that little tutorial is my speed for right now.
It worked fine and I figured out what step I was missing. The whole merging and importing children was not makng "intuitive" sense to me. I was attempting to bridge them but also keep them independent of each other. I'm in the habbit of modeling for future animation. I am also self taught at everything I do (like most everyone else I'm guessing) and who knows if I actually do anything the most effective way.Again, you have my sincerest thanks. Robert. |
