Drag Weld

Hello,

Pictured is a small usability improvement that I would love to see: drag to weld.
Currently, to weld two vertices, you have to click on one, then hover over the other and click on it. With a drag weld, you could click on one, drag to the one you want to weld(with snapping, of course), and then just mouse up, saving a whole click and making it feel much faster.
Lousy picture to illustrate: http://cl.ly/0z0i1n1V2H1h2R3z0O1w

In Silo it´s called "merge" and it´s drawing the new edge depending which direction you move your cursor then let go. Like it.:p

If you have to "merge" a bunch of verts you can have nearly the same thing in Cheetah3d by snapping to points/dragging one to another and the "optimize tool" afterwards. ;)

Cheers
Frank

The optimize trick is really handy, and I've used it many times –*however, what I'm talking about here isn't something that Cheetah can't do - it's still the weld tool, I'd just like to work by dragging rather than clicking twice. :)
(Nice avatar by the way :p)

I understand it already.:p
