can someone please explain how to use blueprint in cheetah3d.
there is nothing about it in the help section.
is there a video tutorial about it somewhere.

What part is troubling you? The loading of the pictures of the different views, or the usage after? Or...
 
It's designed for use with orthographic views. If that doesn't make sense then I'll throw together a video tutorial.
