Kagi seems to be having problems lately. I had a customer buy a product and complain he hadn't received a reg code -- but Kagi hadn't emailed me to send him a reg code. So I sent him a reg code and Kagi sent him some bizarre email about his reg code being changed (after he'd received it). Then, a day later, Kagi told me he had bought a license and could I please send him a reg code.

I'm thinking about switching to Paypal.

when i upgraded cheetah last december kagi confirmed payment and sent me the code, then next day told me they could not contact my bank and need permission for another try.
i don't do online banking so i had to visit my bank twice to ensure nothing was withdrawn and then gave permission and kagi confirmed again and sent me the code a second time !

You will still have to use the Kagi shop, before you're redirected to Paypal.
It works like a breeze in Firefox.
Got my link and was downloading in seconds.

Daumen hoch 5 tumbs up! - 26.02.2010, 07:02

I'm new to Cheetah3D, so I can use every help there is to get a grip on this application.
A month back, I've bought the software and the previous video-tutorials. They helped me tremendously and get me up and running in a few days.
Yesterday, I've bought the new set of tutorials for version 5. And already I find it a real asset to speed up my learning process!
Thanks!

Waldo

Waldo,

I also have some free tutorials on www.cgvertx.com that may be useful. They're under Resources. Have fun!

Default How new are you? - 27.02.2010, 13:04

Hi Waldo,

How new are you, anyway?
Only to Cheetah3D or to 3D in common?

Read you're Dutch speaking - as I am too.
For me, Cheetah3D is my first serious step into 3D.
I tried 3DMax a while ago, but time and a slow PC at the time forced me to give up on it.

Now with playing around in Cheetah3D for a week or so, watching tutorials and LEARN A LOT from the FORUMPOSTS I am really exited about all the opportunities, also in my work as a professional graphic designer.

Feel free to contact me be e-mail too.

All teh best, gr., Miguel

Just ordered and downloaded the tutorials.

I was wondering, is it my system, or is there a lot of noise in the voice recordings?

Default Face Animation - 02.03.2010, 04:13

Does the Cheetah 3D 5.0 for Beginners contain anything on
simple face animations, i.e. happy to sad, blinking eyes, etc. ?

Thank you.
