Cowy is Here again!
Hi,
In the new version of C3D there is some debate about the good old cow render button. To prevent a civil war I'll tell you how to get it back.
To start off I just want to tell you that i think Frank's icons are gorges and they all look wonderfull... But, if some of
you sentimentalists would like to old icon back, here's how to get it.
1: Create a folder called "Icons" (you can use any name you want, but
this is what I'm using in the tutorial).
2: Right click on an your older version of Cheetah 3d.
3: Go to> Show Package Contents>Contents>Resources
4: Find this tiff file. MWMRendericon.tiff
5: Copy this file in to the "Icons" folder we made.
6: Rename the file we just copied MWMRendericon.tiff it was
MWMRendericon copy.tiff
7: Now we do steps 2-5 again except this time we do it on 4.0
8: Go to your "Icons" folder and drag it in to the Resources folder on 4.0
9: An alert window should appear asking you if you want to replace
MWMRendericon.tiff.
10: Click Replace, Remember we have a back up of Frank's icon so if you
mess up you can always
replace it.
11. Restart Cheetah and voila! Cowy is Back!
I know some of you were wondering why on earth there is a cow for a render button!?

I guess I should tell you right after that he said "But maybe I should replace it with a cheetah head nowadays."
Any questions or comments are more than welcome. Maybe Frank could make a revised version of the cow icon. I hope this will help you loyal Cow fans and clear up the cow story.
