I am sure I answered this one?

anyway, great stuff Dave! :icon_thumbup:

if it's not a new item in a showroom, you may consider adding a bit of "grunge" to it (like dust on the wheels-bottom, scratches on the metal parts, etc...)

cheers,
Alessandro

Nice wheels! I use to ride a Natas Kaupas board way back in the day. I can't find an image of the one I had or I would post it. Spent plenty of time when I was teen skating train stations and parking decks.

P. S.
I'll also say that smaller wheels are sometimes preferred by some riders. They take less force and have a lower center of gravity. It does make the skating slower and I always had a problem hitting rocks when riding them and biffing out. So I never liked them that much.

I also love tech deck skateboards, this one looks awesome!!! good job
How do you did the grip tape texture? mine is just ugly!!! xD

PS: I'm also making a 3D model of a skateboard
Cheers, Opamoeder

Thanks!

The grip tape is just noise pumped into the bump map channel (and a little into the diffuse channel too)
