To color wireframe or lines freely

I think if I can color the lines/wireframes I'm working on, even temporarily, then it will be easy to tell them in complex model...

Polygon Edge color is adjustable via Preferences - unless I´m mistaking.

Hi Frank

Yes, but I wonder is it possible to temporary set the ONE line I'm currently working on to other color so I may see it more clearly? I thought that stands out the one curve so I may adjust the points on that curve one by one, without get confused among wireframes..I hope my english explains this well.
