How do I create a closed tube with texture on the inside?

How do I create a closed tube with texture on the inside?

I am trying to create an enclosed tube that has no entrance or exit and need the inside to be textured. It does not matter if the outside is textured or rendered. I was trying to use Spleens and the Sweep creator object, but I cannot figure out how to make the normals (or whatever the equivalent is) face inward instead of outward. I want to use the created object in a game engine (Unity). Any idea what I am doing wrong or a good way to go about accomplishing the above?
