IK Handle Tag & Orient Constraint Tag Glitch
While working on this project I applied an IK Handle Tag and an Orient Constraint Tag on a joint in order to use a spline for positioning. What I have found when using it is that it once in a while the positioning drastically changes for the joint. I haven't found any easy ways to work around it other than to change the orientation and positioning of the spline to reposition the joint until it stops having this effect.

Things I have found:
- When orientating the Camera using from a perspective view, the joint flickers between it's proper positioning and the improper one.
- When hovering the mouse pointer over any modifier (Rotation, Size, and Positioning), the flickering occurs.
- Changing any modifier does not solve the problem.
- The change only occurs for one or two frames.
