Cheetah3d will not open - El Capitan

Hi

I bought Cheetah 3d from the App Store and the date of the app is 10th Oct 2014 and for some reason it simply fails to open now whenever I click on it or click on a jas file.

I am using El Capitan and all seemed fine about 6 weeks ago, but now something seems to have changed.

I rebooted and then it said something about verifying DMG, but came up with nothing.

Does anyone have any ideas about this please?

Hi Nalin.
I guess that´s the issue already reported; Apple missed to renew a required safety certificate. :frown:
Open MacAppStore.app and find your purchases and download/install again should solve the problem. (Thank you Apple!)

..but Mac App Store will not let me download again. It simply says Open

EDIT - ok - deleted first and then tried again, and it seems to work. Many thanks!

I uninstalled then reinstalled but it never installs it. It says its installed but its not and when I reopen the app store it once again offers me to install it again.

I can see it being placed into the applications directory but then it just disappears.

How can I get it back. I followed the instructions listed here. No joy.

Did you experienced any trouble before? Same issue as user puzzlekings?
Maybe turn off your Mac and then back on (no "warm" restart) after a few seconds.

I ended up uninstalling and signing out of the app store and computer etc and rebooting. Finally got it reinstalled.
