Re-calibrate Scale

Is it possible to reset the scales to 1,1,1 when you have a model you are happy with?

When I import the .jas in to Unity it screws it up. I need these to be 1 without changing the size of the model. Does that make sense?

Tools... Coord System... Burn Transform...
