Publish Animation Options Missing

I recently acquired Cheetah 3D and have been taking tutorials on YouTube. Today I saw that when you select the Render and then Animation tools, you should have multiple Codec options. I only see TIFF, PNG and JPEG. Why am I not seeing the H.264 and MPEG codec options? Please advise if this might have been an option missed during install or some other related issue.

Rendered Simple Animation

Yes, i rendered a simple animation following the steps in the YouTube video, How To Make Basic 3D Animations by Computer Clan.

Then you should get this drop down menu when trying to save it from the Render manager:

Yes that is exactly what I expected. Instead of the Codec option list, I see a Format option list.

I just went back to a previously rendered version of the animation. When I clicked the Save button for this older version, the Codec list is now available. Apparently my impatience was not allowing the render to be completed before I tried to save. It appears my options are there.
