Export producing shadows
Hello, I'm new to Cheetah3D and am trying to understand why a model I'm working on is now exporting they way I'd like.
I have an FBX model that I imported into Cheetah3D and then exported as a JAS file. When I view both of them side-by-side in Unity3D it looks like Cheetah has introduced some shadowing to the model:
The left model in the picture is the original FBX.
The middle is the exported JAS file with textures.
The right is the JAS file with no textures.
Both textured models are using the same textures, so they do not have shadows baked into them. The door is a diffuse material. There are no explicit lights in the Cheetah scene, other than whatever is part of a new scene.
I've tried just exporting the model as another FBX and get the same results, so it doesn't seem to be tied to the file format.
I'm using Cheetah3D 6.2.1.
Can anyone offer some advice on settings to check?
