Metal effect

hey I making some knifes and forks and was wondering what lighting to use and also how to get the metal effect i've all ready look on cheetah help, so I was wondering if you could help.

never mind sorry its just that i couldn't see the reflection because it was just reflecting the black from the background.
lol sorry, if some on could remove this it would be great.
