Cheetah to Torque
Ok, I know there is no direct exporter from C3d to .dts (unless the post I looked at was outdated, in which case could someone please point me to where I can find it), regardless, I would still like to try and take advantage of the fantastic C3d capabilities and turn it into a great gaming experience aswell. I have tried to export models from in .obj format and load them into blender, from where there is supposed to be a .dts exporter, I installed it, but it doesnt seem to work. From skimming the web it looks like most of the other exporters are for programs that run on windows only
, and my access to a pc is rather limited. So...is there an easy way for a mac lover to convert something made in C3d to .dts?
Providing this is possible...I am curious about how to set up a "mount point" on my model (that obviously will be read by the torque), is it similar to a skeleton joint or something? how do I specify it?
Thanks
