Interesting! Is there anything comparable for the Mac?

It looks like a very "i3d" feature, especially if Martin could pull it off in quads. As far as I know there is nothing else like this on the pc or mac.

... and would go well with the recent visual library requests...

Reminds me of some experimental modelers that were being shown off a couple of years ago (sadly I forget the names) -- but basically very similar except the emphasis was on creating new shapes. I think the two things combined would make a formidable tool for 3d modeling.

Looks like Organica (dead product) with added features.

Organica was made for windows by impulse inc. the people who brought such programs as Silver, Turbo Silver and Imagine for the Amiga. Later they switched to the windows platform before dying off.

Orgainca was just that.. Organic modeling where items would stretch to meet up and blob together if they got close enough, you could also vary the weight or strength of the blobs. etc..
