Spot Light

I have a problem with setting up a light source correctly. I selected spot light but if I render the same frame several times the render result for the same frame is always different - click here for movie.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong and how to fix the problem?
 
Hi.
I´m pretty sure you have recorded some changing values. I built a scene from scratch with spotlight and radiosity and within 60 frames there was no variance in the output. Do you have "Auto-keying" activated?

Hi Frank,

I have Auto-keying not activated but your question hint me to checke again the scene and the problem was caused by the caustic tag.

Uh - yeah - the caustic tag. That´s it for sure - I wasn´t aware you´re using it. Don´t think the scene needs it at all. (For stills it´s quite handy for some purposes - for animation better don´t use it ;) )
