Just out of curiosity I was wondering if anybody knows how to make this material? I'd like to see the node system to see how it's done, or if it can be done?
Definitely not a solution but maybe you could play a bit and make it better... until we'll have some docs the mat system remains a mystery to me (but i like to play ). remember that non standard meshes need uv map to show the bumpmap channel
if you need close up or realistic renders i'd go for an image based material anyway

Well, here's my try guys. Not much to write home about I know. Thanks for all the effort :smile: It was worth a try :icon_thumbup: I can't help but wonder how on earth anybody is supposed to figure out this material system.
