Can someone please help ? The Render Manager seems to have decided I wanto save animations as mp4 files and I cannot figure out how to get out of "export" mode and back to normal save, i.e. as .mov
Render your animations and then click the save document icon in the upper left of the render manager. The drop down dialog box will have a menu to select the file format you wish. There is also a button for selecting options within your desired format.
